In Memorium: 'Lost to Antiquity'
Here is the message from In Memorium, considering their 2nd full length album:
"6 years since recording the critically hailed debut full length 'From Misery... Comes Darkness'. Seattles' own dark, death metal machine In Memorium entered Two Sticks Audio on Sept 11th 2008 to begin recording the newest full length opus 'Lost to Antiquity' with producer Don Gunn at the helm.
As of Nov. 22nd 2008 all tracks have been completed, with the mixing process to begin in early December. 7 songs of deadly, razor sharp blackened death metal covering a wide spectrum of styles within the boundaries of extreme metal, whilst retaining the signature I.M. sound that was established on 1999s' 'An Ancient Word' MCD/EP. & expanded upon in 2003s' 'From Misery... Comes Darkness' CD.
Song titles include: 'One above All', Beneath the Endless Ocean', 'O' Hail Glorious Death', 'Discipline', 'The Awakening', 'Erosion', and 'In Memorium'.
The artwork and layout is completed and was realised by local underground artist Rouman Kirinkov. The early mixes have been very promising, and we look forward to completing this eternally damned and delayed release, for a tentative April 2009 release on Moribund Cult."
