Anterior announce new drummer + other news

Wales' melodic death metal band Anterior have a pile of news:

It's been awhile since we have updated the page so here goes...........

LINE-UP

As you have seen on the page, after months of searching we have finally found a drummer. Our new sticksman is Andrew Cairns, Andrew did a great job on our recent UK jaunt with All That Remains and The Haunted and has now become a full time member of Anterior. We are very pleased to have him in the fold and we feel that he is a great addittion to the band. We are now a complete five piece again and cannot wait for the next appearance as a new band at Hellfire Festival in London next month.

We have added a good array of new live photos from the recent ATR/Haunted tour so go check it out. Thanks to all of the photographers for the shots, great work!

NEW ALBUM

Fresh off the last tour we are back in writing mode ready to record our follow up to our 2007 Metal Blade debut release 'This Age of Silence'. We will be recording the album at Grindstone Studios with the mighty Scott Atkins (Sylosis, Romeo Must Die, Madman Is Absolute) are aiming to have the record out for late summer 2009 with some exciting and fast material to entice your ear drums. TOURING

As the new 5 piece we will be playing the following shows around the writing of the new album:
