Impetuous Rage split up

Brazil's death metal horde Impetuous Rage have announced its splitting up:

"In a cursed land with the air contaminated with fetid sulfur in the underworld of seven circles, only chaos and terror prevailed. Before this morbid scenario, four poisonous, black and sick minds decided to turn this atmosphere into something even more shocking and terrible, reversing the natural concept of life, based on the idea that everything starts with the decomposition of the flesh, spiritual misery and full heresy, until the venom of the angel of light pulses hungry for destruction and corrodes the divine basis. Thus, POISONOUS was born.

December 2008 - On a gray morning, after many reflections, three messengers of darkness reorganize their ideas. They decide that the left path to be traveled is the sacrifice of the child, and as a demonstration of devotion and reverence to death, this is done, starting a new era. That's the starting point.

The beginning - 2001, birth of Impetuous Rage, band that would later give place to POISONOUS. The road in this period was tortuous, but also with many victories. Having always to adapt themselves to instabilities, they had to overcome the difficulties, working in a serious and honest way. They released two demos: 'First Manifestation of Heresy' 2001-2008 and 'Decayed in the Pecaminous Profoundness' 2006, besides the debut album 'Inverted Redemption' in 2007, and surely this legacy will remain intact and proud of his journey on the path of sovereign perversion.

Remnants of Impetuous Rage, they came Michael Hellriff - Guitar & Vocals, E. Evil - Bass and Alex Rocha - Drums, who together with Fabio Ramos - Guitar (Crueldade (1998 - 2008) - Death Metal), joined forces and began to give form to the state of decomposition named POISONOUS.

The intent to perform "Death Metal" is still the same, but this time having as the starting point another pursuance in this desolating musical genre. Now the blood that pulsates even more boiling is close to masterpieces such as 'Hell Awaits', 'Seven Churches', 'Mental Funeral' and 'Dawn of Possession', thus keeping intact the impure essence of devotion to this pestilential cult.

July 2009 - The first gig of the band will took place and also the first POISONOUS demo is going to be released, featuring three songs, on which anger and resentment to the heavenly paradise are expelled. This demo will have two formats, traditional and occult Tape (66 copies only) and besides CD-R format. This release is a partnership with the label Genocide Prods., and at the end of the year POISONOUS will enter in the studio for the recording of another material for 2010, again in partnership with Genocide Prods..
