Iron Maiden's 'The Final Frontier' sells gold in Finland before its release date

English heavy metal legends Iron Maiden's fifteenth studio album 'The Final Frontier' has sold gold in Finland prior to its release date. The album will be released in Finland on August 13th with a special permit, through EMI.

A album gets gold in Finland if it sells more than 10.000 units. In pre-oders, 'The Final Frontier' has been sold for more than 16.000 units.

Iron Maiden was handed a accolade for album sales of over 750.000 unit in Finland last weekend, when the band played at Sonisphere Festival in Pori.
