Timecode: New album 'Lapses' coming; download a digital EP 'Impediment to Cure' for free

After more than 3 years of silence, the Chilean death metal band Timecode, show us how will be their new studio album 'Lapses', which for sure will show the maturity of 18 years of successful career.

The long process of searching about own sounds and constant musical development forced the band in 2011 to record the promising second album which should position to Timecode as one of the most representative bands of Chilean death metal Scene.

"It was a hard work composing the songs again and again to achieve a sound that reflects what we want to demonstrate", said their leader, songwriter and guitar player Celso Garces, "'Lapses' is certainly a different album in the Chilean metal scene".

"For us the result has been gratifying with this record, both in its creation and in its realization", is the comment of "V", the newest member in the line-up.

'Lapses' will be released in digipak edition on the first half of 2012 under Australis Records, but in parallel the band recorded their advance of 'Lapses', titled as 'Impediment to Cure', in a free EP format that can be downloaded from the following link:
