Timecode: 'Lapses'
"I'm not sane"is the powerful phrase that opens the Timecode's second album called 'Lapses' which will be released the first week of July, this time under Australis Records, label that works with the band a long time as a supporting in distributing the first full-length named 'Post Traumatic Stress Disorder', almost sold out.
This time, Timecode seeks to induct into the metalhead circuit after 17 years of hard work and not without difficulties that have led the band a number of line-up changes. With 'Lapses', we have one of most solid line-up so far - Celso says - being with the arrival of Felipe "V" a strong support for the band. The recording process of 'Lapses' was divided in two parts, at first, the drum recordings were in Santuario Sonico Studios and the rest of instruments were recorded in Atomic Noise plus the mixing process under the supervision and production of Igor Leiva (Poema Arcanus), who achieved the proper sound expected by the band. In despite of the work was in the correct way, something was missing in order to finish this record, after several attempts about the cover art, the band took the decision to work with the Ukrainian designer Vladimr Chebakov (http://smerdulak.ru/cd-artworks/) who achieved the design that will best represents the 'Lapses' context.
The current line-up of Timecode is: Danilo Estrella (drums), Celso Garcés and Ricardo Espinoza (guitars), Víctor Trujillo (bass guitar) and Felipe "V" (vocals).
The track list of 'Lapses' is the following:
