Simon Oberender of Trillium passed away

Simon Oberender of Trillium (keyboards), and Beyond The Bridge (keyboards, guitars) passed away on 27 September 2012. He also guested on Avantasia, Edguy, Epica, Kamelot and Rhapsody Of Fire albums.

His bandmate Amanda Somerville commented: "With tremendous sadness, I mourn the passing away of an amazing friend, colleague and band mate, Simon Oberender. This tragic loss causes us great pain. Simonovsky, you are and ever shall be sorely missed."
