Masterstroke: new album 'Broken' in early 2013

Melodic metal band Masterstroke from Tampere, Finland, will release their new, fourth studio album 'Broken' in the beginning of 2013. They have been around for 10 years now.

Known for catchy melodies and choruses, plus stylish solos, the band have taken a step towards heavier output and honed their own style even further.

It has been four years since the previous album 'As Days Grow Darker'. During this period of time, Masterstroke have been playing concerts and songwriting process took longer than before, as they polished their compositions. They dropped a lot of songs from the finished product, to make the record tighter, more striking.
