Deamon recording new album

News from Canadian death metallers Deamon:

"So now for some big news. We have been locked up in the studio for the last 7 day with our good friend Matt Connell owner of Northwood Studios re-tracking for our new cd. We were having a lot of problems finding the right sound we were looking for as the recording was passed into so many hands. This is our own fault as we started this project like 2 years ago, and kept switching from studio to studio and computer to computer. In the end it just made a big mess for us so we decided to start from scratch and get it right the first time. This in no way is the fault of any studio or any producer/engineer we worked with. We take full responsibility for this. We also had a new vocalist for a year now and wanted to give him the chance to put his vocals on the disc. We thank Mark Howwit very much for his understanding and for writing all of the lyrics for us in a huge pinch and letting us use them for this disc. So now it's in Matt Connell's hands for mixing mastering and we wait for the result just like all of you guys."
