Stormwarrior recording new album 'Thunder & Steele'

German power/speed metallers Stormwarrior are currently busy recording a brand new album at the band's own Thunderhall Studios. Being the first album with new drummer Jörg Uken, 'Thunder & Steele' is scheduled to be released on January 24, 2014 via Massacre Records.

Vocalist/guitarist Lars Ramcke comments: "Watch out for late January, something great is coming..."

The album will once again be mixed by Piet Sielck, who was also responsible for the mix of 'Heading Northe'. Dirk Schlächter will take care of the mastering.

With the new album, Stormwarrior will go back to the band's musical roots.

The band-internal theme for the recordings - "No time for compromises!" - surely arouses the curiosity of each Stormwarrior fan!

The German quartet has also been recently confirmed for Germany's Out & Loud Festival (former Beastival):
