Foscor
Foscor's 4th album 'Those Horrors Wither' completed; all 3 albums digitally available for free this month
There has been a lot of activity in Catalonian black metallers Foscor's camp, and here is their message:
"The new album is ready, and now being sent out to labels. 'Those Horrors Wither' will be Foscor's 4th full-length studio album and comes at a time when we have decided to take the first gigantic step away from the confines of black metal. Along with the change in musical direction comes a change in the visual aesthetics which are being now developed, from the new logo already showed to the rest of band parcels.
"[Our] entire back catalogue available for free download at BandCamp and on YouTube. With the new album we are going to start writing a new book, and 'Those Horrors Wither' will be the first chapter. Therefore we have decided to release our entire back catalogue digitally. This includes our first three full-length albums: 2004's 'Entrance to the Shadows' Village', 2007's 'The Smile of the Sad Ones' and 2009's 'Groans to the Guilty', and each album will include lyrics and information. The albums have been released digitally from the 6th February, and will be available for free download for the 1st month.
"While listening to the music you will be able to see what merch is available specific to each album. Please note that there are very few copies in stock for each item, and we will not be repressing the DVD or the T-shirts. We have 20 copies of Ishtadeva Vinyl Productions' compilation 'Fagus Sylvatica', which features the 2008 yet unreleased track 'The Ghost Sonata'. The song was exclusively composed for the never released album 'Toteninsel - A Tribute to Arnold Böcklin'. It will be added for free and hand signed by the band to your purchases.
"We are glad to announce we have inked a deal with Third Eye Society | Booking & Management Agency to bring the management and booking side under one umbrella. Patricia Thomas Band Management will continue taking care of all PR for Foscor. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Jordi Enriquez and Jordi Fosch, of Stigia, with whom we have been working for the past 4 years; we have grown together, commemorated the 10th Anniversary of Foscor and of course learned from each other. Thank you so much guys!"
