Chaistain released music video for 'Evil Awaits Us'
Leviathan Records Worldwide has just released the new Chaistain video 'Evil Awaits Us' from the band's new CD 'Surrender to No One'. This marks the first music video from Chaistain with Leather Leone on vocals since the classic 'For Those Who Dare' video from 1990.

The video was filmed on 3 different continents. David T. Chastain explains, "With the band scattered around the world it took us a little more time than we would have liked but in the end it does justice to the story." Joining David and Leather on the video are original bassist Mike Skimmerhorn and new drummer Stian Kristoffersen. There is also a special appearance by metal internet sensation Ladyevil. David states "Ladyevil brings her beauty to go with the beast of Chaistain. Her transformation from innocence to evil as she moves through the supposedly haunted mansion is exactly what the lyrics foretell. I was told the ghosts were out and about during her video shoot in Brazil!"
Leather adds the final words, "I am so excited to be back out doing the things I love. Seeing myself in another Chaistain video was something I thought would never happen again! Thanks to all the fans who have helped make 'Surrender to No One' such a success and make me feel wanted again in the world of metal."
Guitarist David T. Chastain states, "Leather and I picked up right from where we left off as if no time had elapsed since the 'For Those Who Dare' tour. We have been working on this material for nearly a year and it was difficult to choose from all of the songs we had written. Our goal was to keep one foot in the "old days" and one foot in 2013. Stian's drumming helped modernize the sound. I think Leather is basically the same vocalist as she was in our earlier days. Judging from her recent Keep It True concert it is obvious she still has what it takes in the live arena. I feel 'Surrender to No One' fits right in with her other Chaistain albums."Leather further adds, "After our absence through the years, the title of this work says it all! I find much of it to be classic Chaistain. There are undeniably some modern concepts involved, life changes, we grow!! But I guarantee it will not disappoint, it is a Chaistain CD!"
