Mayhem: 5th album 'Esoteric Warfare' out in May

Norway's black metal legends Mayhem have returned! Following the release of the 'Psywar' 7" vinyl single scheduled for late April, new full-length 'Esoteric Warfare' will hit the stores on May 23rd (May 27th in North America). The album will be released via Season Of Mist.

The cover art is the work of Zbigniew Bielak (Watain, Ghost, Behemoth), who also designed the cover of the European edition of the 'Psywar' single.

A lyric video for 'Psywar' can be watched on Season of Mist's YouTube channel ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=7d7cr-zdm1Y ). The video was made by Costin Chioreanu (Ulver, Vader, Ihsahn), who also designed the cover of the American edition of the 'Psywar' single.

'Esoteric Warfare' will be available on deluxe digipak CD, various coloured LP editions, collector's vinyl box set, jewel case CD, and cassette. Pre-orders will start on Wednesday, March 26th on Season of Mist's e-shop.
