Septicflesh split with drummer

Septicflesh have parted ways with Fotis Benardo. He played drums and percussion in the band in 2003 and again between 2007-2014.

The band commented: "We would like to thank him for his contribution all those years and wish him all the best in his future endeavors. For the upcoming show December 21 in Cyprus, Namtar from Carach Angren will be behind the drum kit. We will keep you posted about the drummer that will take the permanent position on the band."

Mr. Benardo continues in Necromantia (which he also joined back in 2007). His position in Chaostar, which features Septicflesh's Christos Antoniou is still unknown. Fotis Benardo is still listed on Chaostar Facebook page at the moment.
