Nunslaughter drummer Jimmy "Sadist" Konya dead

Jim Sadist (real name; Jimmy Konya), the drummer of Nunslaughter, has passed away on October 7th, 2015. He was 44 years old. He suffered two strokes in September, and was put in life support. He was taken off life support yesterday.

He had been in Nunslaughter since 1995. His list of bands is a big one, including such acts as Schnauzer, The Spawn of Satan and Derkéta, and also all releases Jim was part of also make a long list.

Bill Peters, a heavy-metal DJ at WJCU 88.7/FM wrote an obituary on Cleveland.com: "A lot of people think of him as some crazy heavy-metal badass in satanic rock band T-shirts, but the Jim I know is the kind of person who would offer rides to strangers at the end of the night – a good person and very giving."
