Crimson Day to unleash the debut album 'Order of the Shadows' in October
Tampere, Finland based heavy metal band Crimson Day's debut album 'Order of the Shadows' will be released on October 16th via German label Iron Shield Records.
The album bows to traditions of heavy metal, but doesn't slavishly follow them. It's about honest and catchy melodic yet heavy songs.
Track listing:
1. Enter the Order
2. Stormborn
3. And then Came Death
4. Sandstalker
5. Order of the Shadows
6. Lies about Paradise
7. Far from Serenity
8. Burning Redemption
9. Fatal Destination
10. Blessed Be Thy Hate
11. The Gathering
The band's vocalist Valtteri Heiskanen sheds some light over the album: "Our debut full-length album is ready to be published and the vibes within the band are damned good. We made an album that sounds like us; tight and uncompromising heavy metal. 'Order of the Shadows' is a fittingly dark and swell-sounding title for album like this and especially because the title song is one of the pivotal pieces on it."
The album was recorded and mixed by Jussi Kulomaa at MSTR studio, Tampere during February-May 2015, and mastered by Esa Orjatsalo in Sevik Audio studio, Ylöjärvi during June-July 2015.
