Firewind
Firewind's 2nd album 'Burning Earth' vinyl reissue coming in January
The release date of the Firewind album 'Burning Earth' on Vinyl is January 29th, 2015. The pre-order phase will start on January 15th, 2016 at the Pure Steel Records' webshop.
With the vinyl version of the second Firewind album 'Burning Earth' the label keeps the old Pure Steel tradition to release albums for the first time on LP. Originally published in 2003 through the underground label Leviathan Records, the Greeks featuring the actual Ozzy guitarist Gus G. delivered nine bombastic power metal hymns. The melodic, rough voice of the American Stephen Fredrick, who just can be heard on this tune and the debut 'Between Heaven and Hell' (2002), refined them. The decent keyboard parts were played by Gus himself back then. Blessed with a rich, powerful production at Studio Fredman, the quartet managed the balancing act between US and European power metal as good as barely no one else. Because of the fact, the licence press is limited to 300 copies, every fan has to grab the copy fast!
