Be'lakor
Be'lakor: 4th album 'Vessels' out in June
Sense and sensibility from Down Under: Be'lakor's fourth full length album will drag this whole world down into its darkness – The sophisticated tunes of this Melbourne five-piece definitely have the potential to enthral masses with their upcoming masterpiece 'Vessels'.
The band stated:"'Vessels' is the product of well over a year's hard work - without doubt, it's the album that has challenged us the most. It's much richer and more textured than any of our other albums. There are parts which sound like the Be'lakor that fans know, while other sections might surprise some people. Our goal was to keep the music exciting and varied, for us as much as for anyone else. 'Vessels' is also our first concept album, which has meant that lyrically we've really pushed ourselves this time around. We hope our fans will enjoy it as much as we do!"
Track listing:
1. Luma
2. An Ember´s Arc
3. Withering Strands

(Older news about the topic:)
Australian melodic death metal band Be'lakor have inked a wordwide record deal with Napalm Records.
The band on the signing with Napalm Records: "We're extremely pleased to be signing with Napalm Records. Working with such a well-respected label represents the start of the next chapter for us. We really feel that Napalm is on board with Be'lakor's vision, and that they share our excitement for the music we're making. This signing will also mean that we can get our music out to more of our fans and play more shows beyond Australia's shores. 2016 promises to be a big year for the band, and we can't wait to release our fourth album with Napalm."
Napalm Records A&R Sebastian Muench commented:
"Napalm Records is absolutely honored to announce the signing of Melbourne's “one and only†Be'lakor. For many years we have been listening to the albums 'The Frail Tide', 'Stone´s Reach' & the masterpiece 'Of Breath and Bone' in amazement and in full discussion on who we like best; Be'lakor, Insomnium or Omnium Gatherum! Be'lakor! Welcome to the Napalm Family!"
Be'lakor formed as a band in 2004 and released their debut 'The Frail Tide' in 2007, which received greatly positive feedback. This was the start for touring Europe three times, playing summer festivals like Summer Breeze and Brutal Assault, as well as supporting bands like Dark Tranquillity, Apocalyptica, Alestorm and At the Gates. On top of that metalstorm.net voted their critically acclaimed album 'Stone's Reach' as the best melodic death album of the last decade!
Now Be'lakor takes the next step and joins Napalm Records for the release of their fourth studio album, which will be released in 2016.
The band commented on the forthcoming album:"Firstly, we have to thank you guys again for your patience. It has indeed been a long wait (for us too). We've been bracing ourselves for the Wintersun references, but thankfully so far we haven't had too many of them come our way! (There was however one pretty funny troll video that we saw on youtube).
Now that 2016 is here, things will start to happen much more quickly. Mastering is about to begin. Within a few weeks, you guys will get to see the album cover, title and track-listing... And the music not too long after that!
Cheers as always for the emails and messages, for buying our tunes and merch, and for sharing our music with your friends. And, especially, for the support during 2015 in what was our most challenging year as a band. The next chapter starts now, and we can't wait to release the new music (and play some killer shows) for you all in 2016.
Until next time -
Be'lakor"
