Blossom Cult to release their debut EP 'Closure' in September
After two singles published in advance the time has finally come: Brand new German prog metal outlet Blossom Cult publishes their debut EP 'Closure' on September 11th, 2020.
Track listing:
1. Beginning (01:01)
2. Atlas (03:31)
3. Burn (05:06)
4. My Sickness (03:39)
5. Burden (04:33)
6. Cotard Delusion (03:44)
7. Same Old Song (04:07)
8. Road to Home (01:24)
The group around János Krusenbaum and Max Krüger celebrates their first big release which barely can be called a mini album anymore with its eight titles and 27 minutes length. Musically the work is characterized by raw emotion, unrestrained variety, and depth while the intelligent lyrics coalesce tightly with the EP's unique atmosphere.
The songs are relentless parables on the torn society we find ourselves in these days while Blossom Cult deliberately site between all camps, clinging to their vision of a refuge for true free spirits.
The historically incisive events of 2020 just confirm the group further in making this vision reality. 'Closure' is a strong taste of what the future holds for Blossom Cult.
