Thyrfing return with 'Döp dem i eld' single; new album on its way, as are reissues

Swedish metal vikings Thyrfing return!

'Döp dem i eld' is the first single from the upcoming full length album 'Vanagandr', scheduled for release on August 27th, 2021, through Despotz Records.

The scorching video was produced and directed by Patric Ullaeus for rEvolver, and features the talents of Fae Fire Group along with a somewhat surprising cast.

Thyrfing's BandCamp page features pre-order for exclusive t-shirt and the single.

On other news, the first four classic Thyrfing albums – 'Thyrfing” (1998), 'Valdr Galga' (1999), 'Urkraft' (2000) and 'Vansinnesvisor' (2002) – will be available again in physical format later this year through Despotz Records. More info on content, packaging and release dates will be announced in time.
