Scream Maker release 'Mirror, Mirror' music video from new album 'BloodKing'

Are we threatened with technological enslavement? The Warsaw heavy metal band Scream Maker answer affirmatively with their new dystopian video 'Mirror, Mirror' that is promoting their new album - 'BloodKing' - will be released on January 27th.

"Artificial intelligence, computers and automation could be a blessing, but in the wrong hands, such as those of autocratic rulers or oligarchs, they become a threat to our freedom. This is what we sing about in this song. The corrupting nature of power is a main theme throughout the entire album. The lyrics were written before the pandemic, but they are even more relevant today," said Sebastian Stodolak, the band's frontman.

The forthcoming album 'BloodKing' consists of as many as 15 compositions, which opens up a real space for diversity. Thrash motifs of the title track contrast with melodic compositions like 'Join the Mob' or progressive 'Candle in the Wind'.
