Agathon of Gloomy Grim passed away

Gloomy Grim's frontman Juha "Agathon" Hintikka (also known as Ykä) has passed away on May 30th, 2022, at the age of 53.

In late 2019 he informed that he has several brain tumors, and that he was incurable, as the cancer had spread elsewhere in his body, too.

From Gloomy Grim's Facebook page:

"Agathon has gone To The Death."

He played drums in many well-known Finnish bands, such as Airdash, Thy Serpent, and Barathrum, among others.
