Torture Killer return with 'Dead Inside' EP

Finnish death metal band Torture Killer are about to release their comeback EP, 'Dead Inside', on July 29th, via The Other Records.

The band was formed 2 decades ago in Turku, and this EP break almost a decade-long release break. This 3-song release is adorned by cover artwork created by Wes Benscoter, who also did 'Swarm!' album's.

Guitarist Jari Lainen commented:
"The riff on 'Dead Inside's chorus was the first idea after a long dry period. From it woke a feeling that maybe this wasn't over as yet. After the riff going through multiple versions, it evolved into the song which is about shame. When you finally wake up to how we are, everything that's left is a black soul penetrated by shame. In the moment when it was most needed, we were worth nothing. May my judgement read on the gates of death."
