Primal (Intl.) announce 2nd album 'Humachine'

Seven years after the critically acclaimed debut, international heavy metallers Primal announce that their sophomore album 'Humachine' would be released on March 31st, 2023, through Roxx Records.

Guitarist Glenn Rogers stated: "'Humachine' contains 11 well-structured songs within traditional heavy metal, with a solid rhythmic base and strong melodies."

Primal is a meeting point where the talents of the land of metal joins forces to produce an overwhelming and powerful sound. The band is Jorge Iacobellis on drums and Glenn Rogers on guitars, mostly known for their works with Hirax, Alberto Zamarbide, the distinctive voice of the legendary V8 metal band and Logos, and Cesar Ceregatti, former bassist for Steel Vengeance.

Primal are getting into gear and returning to the road with the new album and just signed a record deal with American label Roxx Records. CEO Bill Bafford announced: "It comes out in two formats: CD and vinyl and will come out soon," and Scott Waters, the director of No Life 'til Metal, added that a limited vinyl edition will be handled by his label.

This second album, just like the first, was produced by Grammy Award's winner, Iggy Elisabetsky, at D-Organization Studios in Los Angeles, California, and the mastering was done by Rob Colwell at Bombworks Studios in Texas.
