Metallica release a new music video

Metallica release another music video taken from their forthcoming album '72 Seasons': The title track is now unleashed.

The new album will be out on April 14th, 2023.

US metal legends Metallica's new album '72 Seasons' is coming in April. Now it's time for third music video from the forthcoming album, 'If Darkness Had a Son'.

The video was directed Tim Saccenti, who first shot 'Lux Æterna' and 'Screaming Suicide' music videos.

Legendary US metallers/hard rockers Metallica have released a new song, titled 'Screaming Suicide'.

Guitarist/vocalist James Hetfield commented on the lyrical topic:

"Screaming Suicide addresses the taboo word of suicide. The intention is to communicate about the darkness we feel inside. It's ridiculous to think we should deny that we have these thoughts. At one point or another I believe most people have thought about it. To face it is to speak the unspoken. If it's a human experience, we should be able to talk about it. You are not alone."

They also unveiled the music video directed by Tim Saccenti.

New Metallica album '72 Seasons' will be released on April 14th, 2023, via Blackened Recordings.
