Astral Sleep announce new line-up

Finnish doom metallers Astral Sleep have announced their new line-up Here's the band's message:

"Astral Sleep has gone through its second line-up change during 19 years. Aaro Haverinen, the guitar player on the 3rd album ('Astral Doom Musick') and the 4th album ('We Are Already Living in the End of Times'), has stepped out of the band to focus on his main band Bloody Heathen.

The original guitarist, and a founding member Rolle Heinonen has made a comeback to Astral Sleep, but this time as an occasional keyboard player (!). We thank Aaro for the years of successful service, and welcome Rolle back with excitement!

The new lead guitar player for Astral Sleep is Santeri Kangasmetsä. He is a long-time fan, an actor in our (yet unreleased) music video, and a former band mate of the vocalist Markus Heinonen - in Santeri's own band Chaotic Sanity. He showed enthusiasm like no other when we searched for a new member!

We have already done a lot of great art and some live shows together with Santeri and feel that the Astral Sleep is currently in its peak power!"
