6th Awakening

6th Awakening split with drummer

Swedish thrashers 6th Awakening have split with their drummer. Here's the band's statement:
"We have a sad sad announcement to make. For 7 years we have had the pleasure of having one of the finest drummers around in our family.
During these years Michael have been struggling to follow a path that several bands in the genre spit on. This has sometimes put 6th Awakening and mostly Mikael in a situation where personal beliefs have been compromised.
This has been a situation that during the last month has been all consuming and we as a band have come to the conclusion that 6th Awakening and Mikael will part ways.
We wish Mikael all the best in the future.
