ArcticFlame: 'Declaration'

New Jersey power metal band ArcticFlame's 2nd album will carry the title 'Declaration'.
The band comments: "Well the title for the next ArcticFlame CD has finally been established. 'Declaration' should be finished at the end of the summer. Due to scheduling conlicts, relocation of their studio,and the recording of the next Attacker CD, Mike Sabatini will not be able to finish the rest of the AF project. Dave Manheimer who just completed the new Symphony X record will produce the bands second effort."
