Requiem Aeternam: 'Destiny-Man'

Uruguay's Requiem Aeternam will start recording their new album 'Destiny-Man' the 2nd of February of 2009 in the Big 3 Records Studios of Saint Petersburg, FL (USA).
10 tracks –50 minutes of anguish– are to be recorded for this third opus plus few additional tracks.
"This will be our most ambitious work to date. I have written more music for this recording than for both former albums put together. This will be our uppermost attempt to consolidate a new style within metal music: Philosophical Metal," said vocalist/guitarist Jose Romero Sum.

(older news about the topic)

After a year of hard work Jose Romero has completed the music for the upcoming third full-length album of Requiem Aeternam. It just remains to finish some details to have the material ready to be recorded. Such an outcome consists of 8 full tracks plus 2 short instrumentals (all inspired by 10 different classical composers).
During the next months this material will be polished and pre-produced and have the lyrics included. On the other hand, Romero's second book “Destiny-Man” will start being edited very soon, work which will be the main lyrical resource for the new album.
