Scythian's 'To Those Who Stand Agains Us...' nears completion

The debut album 'To Those Who Stand Agains Us...' of English blackthrashers Scythian now nears its finished state and four years of toil and conflict have nearly come to an end. Solos and extra guitars have now been recorded and final touches are being made, including the sparing use of samples and backing vocals. Volgard is handling all the layered 'choral' work and the intro and outro tracks will be completed before mixing and mastering gets underway.

The album is scheduled for release in early October 2008 via Galactic Records and PHD.
