Vesuvius
History
Vesuvius was formed in 2003 by Jay May and Nick Thomas. About a year later 'Hot Pursuit' debut was born and Vesuvius finally had their mark on the extreme metal map.
In 2005 they couldn't wait any longer to find a drummer or bass player, so they continued
with the second installment 'Merciless Disease'. The production with the drum sequencer greatly increased, and the second album was released in the summer of 2005.
Ron Pierce of IE Death brought Mike Raya to the lineup as percussionist. Being exactly what they needed Mike brought his cousin Joey Brown aboard as bassist. They have arranged Vesuvius's 3rd real LP, entitled 'From the Ash'.
In 2007 they welcomed Baron Von Mobius as lead guitar. Again, Vesuvius has pushed them selves to the next level, never compromising, never slowing down... EVER!
