Clouds Turned Black
History
Underground metal is spreading like a plague across Southern California. Feeding upon the brutality and passion of the growing heavy music scene. Kids all across the southland are rejecting the ever so tired popular genres, that once dominated the west coast.
At the forefront of this frenzy is Victorville's Clouds Turned Black. The band first started in 2002. When the founding members departed another project to develop a heavier sound.
As time passed, song structure progressed and intinsity grew as the lineup became more mature. The band stayed active playing shows all over southern california. Sharing the stage with bands like Curl Up And Die, Bury Your Dead, Scars Of Tomorrow, Beauty To Ashes and countless others.
Things didn't really take off until 2005 when the group decided to make music a lifestyle instead of a hobby. With new passion Clouds Turned Black was able to deliver their most mature release to date. 'The Red Seal' utilizes melodic yet complex guitar riffs to keep you interested. While the driving bass lines and thundering drum beats keep your head moving. The slower harmonizing licks keep things diverse, and set things up nicely for the violence of the breakdowns. All topped off with brutal vocals and dark thematic lyrics.
Clouds Turned Black is ready to show the world what they are capable of. Wielding one of the most devastating live performance's around. They are sure to dominate any stage they set foot on.
