History

0 X í S T* is a dark metal band from Riihimäki, Finland. The band was formed in 2008.

0 X í S T's first CD EP 'Unveiling the Shadow World' was released in April 2010 by Ostra Records.

It was followed by debut album 'Nil' in December 2012. The album was released on CD as co-operation between Ostra Records and Cold Void Emanations.

0 X í S T's second album 'One Eon' was released in February 2015 by Death Shrine Offerings as limited edition picture vinyl and CD.

0 X í S T has performed live in 12 different countries: Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden and Poland.

0 X í S T played metal that is slow, heavy, menacing and stands truthfully for what it is being described to be - dark metal.

In February 2016, 0 X í S T decided to call it a day. They offered their whole discography for free downloading.

* 0 X í S T is pronounced as "zero exist" and the name is always written with the number 0. The official ways to write the band name are 0 X í S T (with space hits in between the marks) and 0xíst – small í-acute in both cases.
