Forlorn
History
Formed in Birmingham in early 2006, Forlorn exploded onto the West midlands metal scene, with their heavy and powerful sound, gaining a strong reputation for their live shows.
In March 2007, they hit the studio with producer Greg Chandler (of doom band Esoteric) at Priory Recording Studios to record their debut EP 'Hearts to War'. Forlorn went on to play many shows with, Death Angel, Raging Speedhorn, Malefice, Panic Cell, Bury Your Dead and Eternal Lord to name a few, promoting the EP declaring themselves as one of the great UK metal acts.
Forlorn's second EP 'The Forlorn Hope', recorded with Greg Chandler, has already had its National radio airtime with Kerrang Radio.
In 2010 the band signed with Rising Records and in February, they entered studio to begin recording their debut album 'The Rotting'. It will be released in July 2010
