History

Formed in May 2007 by guitarist Martin, bassist Madis and vocalist Janek, Hukkunud Hinged is a doom metal band combining slow and heavy riffs with poetic lyrics, sung in Estonian language. In 2008 Kati joined the band to give more atmospheric and melancholic touch with clean Nordic female vocals. The debut 3-song demo was released in January 2008. In Novermber the single 'Tühjusesse Suurde' was released.

2 demo songs on the split CD 'Doom in Native Language' (with Wainas and S.O.M.) were released at the beginning of 2009 by Boyanov Gimn publishing house. In the middle of 2009 the drummer Anton left the band to join Estonian army. Ville came to handle the drums of doom.

The debut full length album 'Hukkunud Hinged' was released by the band in May 2010.
