LoreWeaveR
History
The LoreWeaveR musical project starts in 2008, when vocalist Barbara Rubin joins the ensemble formerly built with the same name by Francesco Salvadeo (guitars), Giordano Mattiuzzo (bass), Lorenzo Marcenaro (keyboards) and Andrea Mazza (drums), long time bandmates in the past years.
The band's efforts are focused from the very beginning on composing original tracks, progressive metal style, where the various influences and personalities of each member could be put in evidence, with the aim of building both aggressive and evocative sounds and tunes. In 2008 the band records its first work, demo 'Imperviae Auditiones' in the Solid Groove P.R. studios of Ghiaie di Bonate Sopra (Bergamo, Italy) in which artists such as Ian Paice have recorded, and meanwhile changes its lineup with the debut of Claudio Cavalli (drums), versatile musician and experienced live/studio session man.
LoreWeaveR sign a record deal with Italy's SG Records in December 2010 and 'Imperviae Auditiones' will see its official release in early 2011.
