Logar's Diary

History

Logar's Diary is a fantasy power metal band from Berlin, Germany. Logar's Diary is a six-piece band and songs are dealing with the adventures of the magician Logar in the Earthdawn universe (Earthdawn is a famous role-playing game). Logar wrote down his quests and found some bards (the band!) who wrote the music for his lyrics.

Logar's Diary is a 100% concept band and you have to keep an eye on the lyrics while you listen to the music, otherwise you can't be a part of Logar's adventures.

The idea of the band was born in spring 1998. After the songwriting was finished in 1999, the first chapter of the story, 'Book I - Iostros', was recorded in winter 2000 at Goblins & Gnomes. Several months passed by before the band had the money to produce the CD.

The story will be continue in 'Book II: The Forgotten City'.
