History
Conjuration was born in autumn 2003 from the need to create demonic heavy metal. Band members had already played together for some years in underground metal bands like Incriminated and Irritate (and some Conjuration songs were played earlier in a bit different form by Irritate).
Conjuration can be labeled as occult/horror heavy metal influenced by the late 60's/early 70's occult bands like Black Widow, Black Sabbath, Necromandus, Atomic Rooster, as well as late 70's/early 80's heavy metal of Witchfinder General, Witchfynde, Death SS etc. + a touch of early to mid 80's black/death, especially in the vocal department.
First demo was recorded and released early 2004, two seven inch vinyls were recorded in spring 2004 and the first one of those will be with danish horror/black metal fiends Full Moon Lycanthropy ('Split 7" with Full Moon Lycanthropy'), to be released on Bestial Burst in December 2004.
