In The Company Of Serpents

History

In the Company of Serpents are a doom/sludge two-piece from Denver, Colorado. Founded in early 2011, the band came into being when vocalist/guitarist Grant Netzorg met drummer JJ Anselmi at a show their former bands were playing.

The band's debut album 'In the Company of Serpents' was released on January 4th, 2012. It's a limited edition cassette, with 250 copies.

JJ Anselmi left the band on amicable terms, and Joseph Weller Myer is slaying the skins in his stead.

Duo released the second album 'Of the Flock' on October 31st, 2013. It was released on 2 different 12" vinyl editions, one limited to 25 pieces and the other being 475 copies.

The third release, 'Merging in Light' EP, was released on December 21st, 2014. It's two different 12" vinyl editions, one limited to 100 and the other to 400 copies.
