History

The project started in 2006 when Alberto Dettori, Mirko Virdis, Emanuele Ottani, Alberto "Wube" Baroni and Nick Degli Angeli joined and the band reached the first known line-up. Soon, thanx to their experience in other bands from the Modena, Italy's extreme metal scene (Hatred, Morphing Primals, Absence Of Light, Incineritor), the Unbirth project took off.

In 2008 a 4-track split CD, 'Aspire to Deviance' with Modena's grinders Recreant was out.

Unfortunately, due to personal problems, in 2008 Dettori left the band. After some months to this replacement also Degli Angeli left the band.

From 2008 to 2010 the band's pigsty vocals was performed by Andrea "Babu" Malfatto (also in Hobnailed, Discordance. He died in 2010.

In autumn 2010 A. Dettori is back on vocals and Marcello Tavernari (HIP, ex-Murder Therapy) took the bass player slot.

In 2011 a 3 track 'Promo 2011' was released.

Dettori decided to step out and in spring 2012 Michele Sassano joins the project as vocalist.

The band was finally able, with a stable line-up, to compose and record the debut full-length album titled 'Deracinated Celestial Oligarchy'. It was released in March 2013 through Amputated Vein Records.
