Ragnhild

History

Ragnhild is a death metal band from Pune, formed in 2013.

The band's composition style is slightly different than the "brutal death metal": songs include melodic riffs, fast tempos, combination of black and death growls, powerful drums as well as a hint of old school death metal brutality. Our songs are based on ancient pagan, viking cultures although we are also looking forward to writing songs on ancient Indian culture.

This makes Ragnhild India's first pagan death metal band, or some might say, viking metal band.
