Blazemth
History
Blazemth emerged in 1993 under the name Daemonum, arising from the ashes of Rotten Flesh, one of the piooneering death metal bands in Spain.
They released two mini CDs on Abstract Emotions label: 'For Centuries Left behind' (1995) and 'Fatherland' (1996) to split-up just a year later.
In 2017, both EP's were released on a single CD and 12" vinyl entitled 'Dragon Blaze' (released by Abstract Emotions, both editions limited to 500 each), which marked the return of the band after 20 years of silence led by Volkhaar, original guitarist/vocalist and accompanied by three more members among which outstands Riky Mena, ex-drummer of Avulsed.
In 2019 the band featured on 'Iberian Darkness - A Tribute to Iberian Scene' split album with 4 other bands (release by A Fine Day To Die Records on CD limited to 500). Blazemth presented their 5 demo tracks ('Seven Winds Encircle My Soul' demo demo from 1994).
Throughout 2021, Blazemth recorded what is finally their 1st full album 'The Return of Lucifer', at Moonsower Studios. The mastering was handled by Dan Swanö at Unisound Studios. The release date is March 15th, 2022, via Xtreem Music.
