Exuvial

History

Exuvial (from Denver, Colorado) are setting a new standard in progressive technical death metal, bringing their sci-fi inspired lore to life through thought-provoking lyrics and immersive visuals.

The band was were born after the dissolution of its founders' previous band, Apotheon. The brainchild of Ethan Walden, Fernando del Valle III, and Ibrahim Jimenez, Exuvial was brought to life when the musicians decided to shift their focus into integrating their brand of death metal into sci-fi concepts. After drummer Andrew Baird joined their ranks, the band decided to refine the concept into a three-album audiovisual epic.
