"Why searching your luck far away when you can find it here?"

Following this thesis Isenburg means to be a musical homage to the home: the Erzgebirge (mountainous area of Germany).

Isenburg is a solo-project of the vocalist of Andras and bassist/vocalist of Persecution, Steffen Thümmel.

The debut album 'Erzgebirge' is entirely dedicated to the bond with the Erzgebirge - with its history, the tradition and the present time with its landscape and nature. It was completely created in the studio of the artist and was recorded and composed exclusively by him. The potential of ideas and the profundity of the conception will last for some albums, so Isenburg is planned to be a project not only for one album.
