History

Mummified started out in may 2003, when Christian (Ex-Eternal Torment), Chuz and Fabian (Ex-Cangrena) and Ronald (Ex-Pseudostratiffied Epithelium) joined forces with the deep conviction in creating a murderously brutalizing gore act to the underground scene.

The topic of the band mainly deals with gore, violence, crimes, murders, rapes, abuse stories, war, diseases and whatever it might be considered as negative by the normal happy people, also there's an interest towards all the suff related with ancient mummification, preservation of bodies and so forth.

In year 2004, the band released their first demo, entitled 'Protocol of Mummification', including 6 songs.
