These guys pump a certain energy into your bloodstream upon listening to this under 30 minute onslaught! I saw them live as well and they put on a really good show. I had not heard from them until not long ago! I think some of the band members from Usurper (another great band from Chicago) participate into the making of this album. The guitar riffs, production quality, music and vibe is what stole it from me! I like the vocals quite a bit as well! They're just really unique and pumped full of energy! I'm not very in tune with bands called "crust" as part of their genre. It's just one other label to put on a band whereas Chuck Schuldiner of Death said "metal is metal."

There's nothing really facing an objection from me about this release! The guitars and vocals do it for me! The whole platter I enjoyed and thought that it was well orchestrated! It's the overall vibe that stole it here! There are some leads I wouldn't implanted in this but it's still quality!

The drums go along well with the guitars. It's as if they're predetermined this release pretty quickly. They knew what the fans were in for and they delivered. The only objection that I have are the lead guitar. It isn't that technical and seemed a bit choppy. But the rhythm throughout was definitely amazing in its own reich. Being from Usurper to here seemed to put a nice segue into the rest of the release. Bottom line: this album slays on many different angles. The recording quality, the music itself, and overall vibe from this release. This album covers it all and they need a bigger fan base.

I like the sound of the guitars. They bleed through the speakers. Really good musicianship, that's for sure. I like all the songs! But I'll stay tuned to future releases hoping that they don't give up in the process. Awesome release, death metal/crust to the core! Take a listen and crank this on high!
